Each individual may hold only one registered Account on kn55. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, or shared payment method — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances, including Bonus Funds and winnings, will be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. kn55 shall not be liable for any failure to process transactions or communications resulting from inaccurate account details provided by a Player.

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. kn55 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances or to close such Accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain their Account status.
kn55 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being reviewed for compliance.
The minimum deposit amount on kn55 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though kn55 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to specific accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Player's kn55 Wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 2 to 4 hours of the transaction being confirmed by the originating bank. kn55 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.
Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account as part of kn55's responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit are effective immediately upon submission.
Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their kn55 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering control. kn55 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion in addition to the general provisions below.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x), which means the total value of the bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before any derived winnings become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
kn55 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to lock in profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), using prohibited wagering patterns that constitute low-risk exploitation of bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, kn55 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account without prior notice.
Bonus Funds not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. kn55 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. Players are encouraged to review bonus expiry dates at the time an offer is accepted.

All games and betting markets available on kn55 are governed by individual game rules published within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules explicitly state otherwise.
Cricket, WL Live, and all sports betting markets on kn55 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures, the ICC for international matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, kn55's sports betting rules — published in full on the Platform — will govern settlement. Void bets are returned to the Player's Wallet at the original stake.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kn55 intellectual property without prior written consent from kn55.
You may access and use the kn55 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. Unauthorised use of kn55's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kn55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if kn55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kn55's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
kn55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the kn55 Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for breach, kn55 may void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit channel net of any amounts legitimately owed to kn55, unless the Account is under investigation for fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be frozen pending the outcome of that investigation.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kn55 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal channel.
kn55 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kn55 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
